滚动直线导轨副接触状态及几何尺寸精度设计

摘    要:以具有节距偏差的四方向等载荷双圆弧沟槽滚动直线导轨副为研究对象,通过装配后的接触状态的几何关系分析推导了节距偏差、间隙量、接触角及二次接触角的计算公式,并进行数值计算及分析比较。所得出的有关沟槽半径公差、节距公差及粗糙等参数的设计方法,对提高滚动直线导轨副的制造精度,保证四方向等载荷的特性,具有指导意义。

Abstract:Taking the four directional equal loaded twin arcgrooved rolillg linear guide pair with pitch deviatbo as the objectof study and by means of analyzing the geometric reatbo of contact state after assembling, this paper deduced the ca1cu1ation formulac of pitch deviation, amount of clearance, contact angle andsecondary contact ang1e, and carried out the numeric calculatboand analytic comparison. The obtained designing methed about theP8rameters of toerance of grooe radius. pitch tolerance androughness will make guiding significance on increasing the manufacturing accuracy of roling linear guide pair and ensuring the speciality of four directional equa1 load.
