| Abstract: | The system composition, operation principles and main specifications as well as the key techniques adopted are presented. The system enables such functions as target auto tracking, locating and IR signature measurement. Meanwhile, the software of the system is capable of slewing the system along the original trajectory to measure the background radiation so as to eliminate its effect on the measurement results. |
