推制式扩管新工艺的研究

摘    要:主要研究了用推制式热扩管工艺开发石化及电力用大口径无缝管的新工艺和试制产品的性能,设计了适合多品种、多规格的推制扩管加热温度和推制速度等工艺参数,为开发大口径石化及电力用无缝钢管生产开辟了新路。

Abstract:The research to the new process and testing products performance to the petrol and chemical enlarged seamless steel pipe with hustling is given and we also design the process parameter to meet the different varieties and specification with different temperatures and pushing speeds.A new method to the production of developing large pipe used for petrol and chemical and electrical power industries is given.
