非硫化阻蚀密封膏的性能研究及应用

摘    要:为了解决斜拉桥平行铜丝索、悬索桥主缆索股锚固系统等桥梁结构的密封防腐问题,研究了一种低挥发含量的非硫化橡胶型阻蚀密封膏。该密封膏可长期保持柔软状态,不硬化、不干裂、低温性能优良,抗老化、抗盐雾和施工工艺性能良好,可望替代目前常用油脂在桥梁结构防腐领域获得广泛应用。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the development of a non-vulcanizable rubber-based anti-corrosive sealing paste with low volatile content to seal and protect the parallel steel strands of cable-stayed bridges and main cables of suspension bridges against corrosion. This sealing paste can remain permanent flexibility without stiffening or cracking, and has excellent low-temperature properties, perfect aging characteristics, good anti-salt-spray-corrosion capability and favorable workability.
