喷气织机纬向停台的讨论

摘    要:经纬向停台是导致喷气织机织造效率下降的主要原因,而纬向停台占的比例较高,因此,通过减少喷气织机纬向停台来提高织机效率具有重要意义。文章对产生纬向停台的原因及相应解决措施进行了详细讨论,指出合理设置纬向工艺参数、减少纬纱张力负荷以及把好原纱质量关是降低纬向停台、提高织机效率与效益的重要途径。

Abstract:Warp stop and weft stop, especially the latter, are the main reasons that cause dropping efficiency of air-jet loom. Therefore, it is very important to improve loom efficiency by reducing weft stoppage. The article discusses in details the reasons that cause weft stop and relevant measures for solving the problem. It points out that rationally setting weft-related process parameters, reducing weft tension and taking strict control over the quality of filling yarn are effective measures for reducing weft stoppage and improving loom performance and cost/efficiency.
