溴代磷酸酯接枝PVA及其阻燃机理研究

摘    要:用溴代磷酸酯酰氯与聚乙烯醇在不同条件下作用可得阻燃PVA,研究了其反应原理,认为春通过酯交换反应将磷酯酸接枝到PVA上。通过TG、DTA及SEM对其阻燃机理进行了研究。

Abstract:Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) has plentiful hydroxyl group, can be as carbon source form flameretardant intumescent system with phosphorus containing compounds. The machanism of fireproofing PVA were studied.Bromophosphate chloride reacts on PVA in non aqueous medium, organobase as catalyst. It may be grafting onto PVA by ester exchange reaction, it shows by IR, TG and DTA that the introduce of phosphate, leading to a decelerration of decomposition within the temperature range of combustion and reduction of heat release. It is confirmed that the PVA intumescent on heating forms a three dimensional space thick framework, high strength char, these comply with the flameretardant machanism of intumescent solid phase.
