摘    要:30Cr1Mo1V钢具有良好的力学生能和工艺性能,从20世纪90年代起已是汽轮机高中压转子的主要用材,现应用在23.5-25MPa,538~540℃/538~566℃超临界机组中。本文从不同国家制造的转子中取样,就其主要合金元素C、Cr、Mo、V以及晶粒度等对该材料的高温短时持久性能到底可产生多大的影响,即该材料的主要合金元素含量和晶粒度大小为多少时该材料的高温短时持久性能最佳进行了探讨。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and the technology properties of 30Cr1Mo1V steel are excellent. So this kind of steel is used as HP (high pressure) rotor in steam turbine since the 90s of the 20th century. Today 30CrlMolV steel is also used in 23.5-25 MPa, 538-540℃ /538-566℃ supercritical turbine. In this paper, samples are selected from several rotors manufactured by different countries. It is discussed that how much do the content of C, Cr, Mo, V and the grain size affect short-term stress rupture strength of this steel. And for obtaining the best elevated temperature behavior, the main alloy elements contents and grain sizes are optimized.
