皮肤表皮厚度对微循环测量的影响

摘    要:由皮肤散射形成的动态激光散斑携带了微循环的信息。散斑的时间涨落不仅与血球运动。照明条件等因素有关,也与表皮的厚度有关,所以表皮厚度的不同将影响微循环的测定。本文从实验上研究了皮肤表皮厚度对微循环测量的影响,得了了散斑强度涨落随表皮厚度变化的关系。

Abstract:The dynamic laser speckle from a skin surface provides the information about blood flow in the capillaries.The temporal fluctuation of the speckle is not only dependent on the red cells movement and illuminating condition,but also the thickness of the epidermis,so the determination of the blood flow information will be affected by the variant human skin.In this paper,the influence of epidermis on the evaluating skin blood flow is studied experimentally,and the relationship between the skin thickness and the time auto correlation is presented.
