摘    要:针对电弧炉的非线性、大滞后、强耦合、时变、工作环境及随机干扰较强的特点,提出采用高可靠性可编程序控制器PLC作控制器,应用电极升降速度自适应控制的方案,来实现电弧炉电极升降的自动准确地控制,有效地减少电极短路、断弧和振荡。该系统已在数家炼钢厂可靠运行数年。

Abstract:Contraposing the character of electrode arc furnace-nonlinearity, close coupling bad delay lag, time change, stochastic disturbance,PLC controller was introduced and control scheme being based upon self-adapting control theory was brought forward. Thus electrode was controlled automationally and accurately. Synchronously the times of arc breaking, short circuh and oscillation were reduced effectively. The control system has been used by several steelworks several years.
