| Abstract: | The present state of human resource management (HRM) of ordnance factory is investigated. The reason of the qualified personnel dropped behind the average is analyzed. Some ideas to solve the problem and to reform the HRM are proposed, in which the key cores are to train, to attract, to assign suitable work and to build the promotion mechanism. |
