摘    要:船舶电力推进控制系统采用两层网络结构:现场控制级与过程监控级,其核心就是应用控制器(ACU).基于VB6.0编程的ACU,实现了现场控制的数据采集和指令发送、上下两层控制网络间的CAN总线通讯、以太网通讯(基于OPC协议).目前,该控制系统已成功运用于某研究院"电力推进船舶模拟系统"中,运行良好.

Abstract:ACU is the core of vessel electric propulsion control system,which contains 2-layer networks: field-control layer and process-supervisory layer.Field data acquisition,command delivery,CAN communication and ethernet communication among networks are realized by ACU based on VB6.0.The ethernet communication is based on the OPC(OLE for process control) protocol.Now,the control system has been successfully applied in the project of simulated marine electric propulsion system presented by some research center and plays well.
