常压塔塔顶结盐分析与对策

摘    要:针对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司8.0 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置常压塔塔顶石脑油干点与常一线喷气燃料闪点控制难度大的问题,通过对常压塔塔板效率和日常统计数据的技术分析,判断塔顶部塔板有结盐情况。采取提升塔顶回流罐界位、对常压塔进行在线水洗的方法,解决了石脑油干点和喷气燃料闪点控制难度大问题,且未对装置正常生产产生不良影响。还提出了预防塔顶结盐的措施。

Abstract:In the 150 900 b/d atmospheric distillation unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company,it was difficult to control the end point of overhead naphtha and flash point of jet fuel.Through the analysis of tray efficiency of atmospheric tower and routine operation data,it was concluded that there was salt deposition on the overhead trays of the tower.The elevation of interface level of oil and water in the overhead reflux drum and application of on-line water washing of atmospheric column have solved the problems of contro...
