摘    要:应用扰动-应答技术,用传递函数法,在固定床吸附柱上,以 H_2-N_2体系在5A 分子筛上测定了不同压力、流速下的动态吸附平衡常数、总传质系数。发现吸附平衡常数 K_(A)与吸附质的分压(浓度)及温度有关,总传质系数 U_A 在试验的 Re 数(1.42—14.19)范围内及线性区域内基本与流速无关而随系统总压升高而减少,呈指数函数衰减,回归方程为U_A=0.6924exp((4.2456)/P)


A Study of Adsorption Kinetics of Pressure Swing Adsorption Processes
Abstract:The study measured the dynamic adsorption equilibrium constants and totalmass transfer coefficients of the system H_2-N_2 on 5A molecular sieve in an ad-sorption packed column using pulse-response technique and the method of transferfunction.It was found that the constant K_A depended on temperature and partialpressure of the adsorbate.The total mass transfer coefficient U_A decreased withincreasing pressure and was almost independent on gas velocity in the region ofRe number 1.42—14.19.The relationship shown as exponential is expressed by theequation U_A=0.6924exp((4.2456)/P).
