量子点标记及其在植物细胞生物学中的应用

摘    要:量子点是一种直径在1-100 nm,能接受激发光产生荧光的半导体纳米晶粒,由于其独特的物理、化学特性,在生物学中的应用不断扩大。本文介绍了量子点的合成及功能方面的进展,同时也对其在细胞生物学中的应用进展,特别是对其在植物细胞生物学中的应用进行了评述。此外,对量子点在单分子检测、高分辨率细胞成像及活体动态长时追踪方面的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Quantum dots are fluorescent semiconductor nanocrystals whose diameters are 1-100 run and increasingly becoming the popular cellular probes in biological research due to their unique physical and chemical properties. We review the approaches of the synthesis of quantum dots and the validation of their applications in cell biology, especially in the plant cell biology. Additionally, we introduce the potential use of quantum dots for the study of intracellular processes at the single molecular level with high resolution cellular imaging and long-term in vivo observation.
