| Abstract: | Taking the construction party of roads and bridges as the main body, the paper, from the decision-making of the construction project, its project establishment, its design, its bidding, the construction management and the complete of settlement, explores the costs management and control of the roads and bridges construction programs, so as to direct the construction projects of roads and bridges to have effective control over the costs and maximize the benefits. |
