| 摘 要： | 结合我国现行建筑外窗物理性能检测标准，对建筑外窗气密性能、水密性能和抗风压性能检测过程中应引起注意的问题进行了分析，同时总结了建筑外窗性能检测的几点体会，并提出了一些指导性建议。

| Abstract: | Combining with current domestic physical property inspection standards for building exterior window, it analyzes problems needing attention in building exterior window property inspecting including airtight performance, watertight performance, and hurricane-resistant pressure performance, summarizes several experiences on building exterior window property inspection, and puts forward some guiding suggestions. |
