| 摘 要： | 以太原万科紫台售楼处工程为例，针对房屋加固工程施工过程中应注意事项及基本操作工艺进行了介绍，分别探讨了支撑体系的选择，柱加固改造，梁加固改造及混凝土浇筑等环节的施工控制方法，为今后同类改造项目积累了一定经验。

| Abstract: | Taking Wanke Zitai house selling office in Taiyuan as the example, the paper introduces the precautions and basic operation crafts in the house intensification project, explores some construction controlling methods, including the selection of the bearing system, the reconstruction of column reinforcement, the reconstruction of beam reinforcement and the concrete grouting, so as to accumulate the experience for similar reconstruction programs. |
