| Abstract: | The paper illustrates the significance of the independent control network with the national three-point connection surveying,sums up some examples,indicates the whole process of the network establishment,and introduces the projection correction method by combining with the factual formula,and proves the applicability of the network,so as to enhance the extensive application of the independent network. |
