广西高速公路房建工程管理方法分析

Analysis of management methods of house building projects on expressways of Guangxi

Based on the management experience in the house-building projects on Pingle-Zhongshan expressway,the paper researches and analyzes the features for the house-building projects on expressways,proves by the analysis results that the timely accomplishment of the house-building projects is not unreachable aim by the reasonable pre-control and the construction process for the house-building programs on expressways in the design stage,the improvement of the main system for owner management,the contract management,the research and formulation for the prize and punishment,as well as the combination with the strengthening of the execution power.
