改性氨基与萘系高效减水剂配制泵送剂的研究

摘    要:针对山西地区采用单一减水剂配制泵送剂的弱点,进行了改性氨基系与萘系高效减水剂复合配制泵送剂的试验研究,结果表明:改性氨基系与萘系高效减水剂的最佳复合比例为20:80,与传统配制的泵送剂相比,每吨可降低成本300元~500元。

Abstract:Pumping agent was compounded by single plasticizer in Shanxi area, pumping agent with modified amino-based and naphthalene selies superplasticizer composite admixtures was studied. The results show that : the optimal combined ratio of modified amino-based and naphthalene series superplasticizer is 20:80, it can reduce the cost from 300 to 500 yuan per ton, compared with the traditional pumping agent.
