高速公路后张预应力混凝土梁桥管道摩阻试验

摘    要:鉴于后张法预应力混凝土梁管道摩阻损失的重要性,结合杜峪河大桥预应力施工情况,介绍了管道摩阻的测试原理和方法。采用最小二乘原理法处理实际测试数据,并最终得到管道摩阻系数μ和偏差系数k。试验分析结果表明:实测管道摩阻系数μ小于设计值,并且差值较大;而偏差系数k则与设计值吻合较好。

Abstract:Referring to the importance of pipe friction loss of the post-tension prestressed concrete, the paper, combining with the prestressed construction of Duyuhe Bridge, introduces the experimental principles and methods for the pipe friction, adopts the least-square method to treat the factual experimental data, concludes pipe friction index μ and deviant index k, and proves according to the experimental analysis that observed pipe friction index μ is less than the design value, and the different value is larger, while the deviant index k is betterly consistent with the design value.
