摘    要:针对电力负荷非平稳性变化的特点,特别是气温的变化引起负荷变动的趋势越来越明显.因此,本文提出了一种适用处理天气因素进行短期负荷预报的方法.该方法具有一定的适应性,对非平稳的电力负荷具有较好的预测效果.

Abstract:In view of the unsteady characteristics of the fluctuation in power load, especially thefact that the phenomenon of the fluctuation in load as a result of the changes in weatherconditions is increasingly obvious, this paper puts forward a method which is applicable inthe prediction of short-term power load by means of the treatment of weather factors. Theresult of the prediction shows that this system has a certain degree of applicability andreliability.
