| 摘 要： | 针对电力负荷非平稳性变化的特点，特别是气温的变化引起负荷变动的趋势越来越明显．因此，本文提出了一种适用处理天气因素进行短期负荷预报的方法．该方法具有一定的适应性，对非平稳的电力负荷具有较好的预测效果．

| Abstract: | In view of the unsteady characteristics of the fluctuation in power load, especially thefact that the phenomenon of the fluctuation in load as a result of the changes in weatherconditions is increasingly obvious, this paper puts forward a method which is applicable inthe prediction of short-term power load by means of the treatment of weather factors. Theresult of the prediction shows that this system has a certain degree of applicability andreliability. |
