| 摘 要： | 余热锅炉是重油催化裂化装置中的重要设备之一,但由于经常出现炉管泄漏而加大了维修工作量和资源浪费。通过探讨炉管泄漏原因,对余热锅炉材质和结构进行了改造,从而极大地减少了炉管泄漏次数,降低了检修工作量,经济效益显著。
