| 摘 要： | 气体火花开关是脉冲功率技术的关键部件之一,笔者介绍了一种低电感场畸变触发的气体火花开关,通过绝缘子电场分布和力学可靠性分析优化了开关结构,减小了开关的轴向尺寸,从而有效地减小了开关电感。试验结果表明,在干燥空气条件下,当开关工作的工作系数为70%时,其击穿时延约为90 ns,抖动约为10 ns。

| Abstract: | Gas spark switch is a key component of the pulsed power technology.A compact field distortion gas spark gap with low inductance is deigned and tested.Through optimization of the structure,the axial dimension of the switch is shortened and thus the low inductance can be obtained.The experimental results indicate that in dry air conditions,when switching coefficient is 70%,the breakdown delay is 90 ns and the utter is about 10 ns. |
