大冶铁矿铜铁矿石助磨剂的研究

摘    要:通过对大冶铁矿铜铁矿石进行系统的助磨剂研究,筛选出多种有效助磨剂:DY-1#、DY^#、多聚磷酸钠、AMPC、马来酐、木质素磺酸盐、聚丙烯酸工发研究了KY系列助磨剂助磨效果最好。文中介绍了当磨机处理能力不变时,DY-1#、DY-2#助磨剂能分别使原生矿、混合矿产品中-200目粒级的产率相庆提高7.8个百分点和4.6个百分点;当磨矿细度保持不变时,磨机处理能力相应提高4.6个百分点和5个百分。助磨剂

Abstract:Through a systematic investigation on grinding aids for copper iron ores of Daye Iron Mine,several efficient grinding aids were screened out,such as DY 1 #,DY 2 #,poly sulphonate sodium,AMPC,maleic anhydride,lignosulfonate,polyacrylate sodium,of which DY series grinding aids have the best effect.At an unchanged mill throughput,DY 1 # and DY 2 # grinding aids can raise the weight percent of -200 mesh fraction of the products by 7.8% for the primary ore and 4.6% for the mixed ore respectively.And at an unchanged grind,the mill throughput can be improved by 4.6% and 5% respectively.The addition of grinding aids has found no adverse effects on the subsquent flotatoin,magnetic separatoin and dewatering processes.
