| 摘 要： | 通过对硫铵装置结晶器的技术改造,使物料在结晶器内旋转流动,能够将聚合物及时抽出,避免聚合物在结晶器内滞留和累积,防止其粘结堵塞结晶器、相邻设备和管线,也防止其污染硫铵晶体降低产品质量,消除定期清洗结晶器造成的能源浪费和环境污染。 |

| Abstract: | This technical modifying make fluid rotated flow in the crystal vessel on Thiamin plant.It can make polymer drawn out in time,avoid polymer stay and cumulation in the crystal vessel,and protect polymer from felting and jamming crystal vessel,adjacent equipment and piping.It will prevent polymer from polluting crystal and reducing protect quality,and eliminate cleanning crystal vessel on schedule that produced energy sources and environment pollution. |
