合成壬基酚的新催化工艺研究

摘    要:研究了以强酸性阳离子交换树脂DC604、C104等作催化剂,采用二段式固定床反应器流程合成壬基酚的工艺。结果表明,以DC604、C104代替进口树脂用于催化合成壬基酚是完全可行的。其适宜的工艺条件为:常压,一段反应器进口温度80~90℃,二段为118~128℃,空速范围为0.5~7.5h-1;在400~1000h内,催化剂性能稳定。

Abstract:This article studies the catalytic properties of strong acidic cation exchange resin developed by our institute,and its application to the synthesis of nonyl phenol The results show that our catalysts C104 and DC604 can successfully replace import resins The optimum technological conditions are:the first reactor input temperature is 80 ℃ to 90 ℃,that of the second one is 118 ℃ to 128 ℃,the space velocity is 0 5 h -1 to 7 5 h -1 under atmospheric pressure In 400 to 1000 hours,the catalysts perform satisfactorily
