越桔健视饮料的研制

摘    要:我国的护眼食品蕴含巨大市场。研究以富含花色苷的越桔为基料,配以传统的明目佳品──决明子,引入欧洲越桔提取物,并以蔗糖、柠檬酸、CMC-Na、黄原胶等为辅料,制成新型健视饮料。该产品营养丰富、风味独特且具有一定的明目功效。作为强化植物营养饮料在国内具有创新性,且能填补健视产品的市场空缺,很有开发前途。

Abstract:Products that can improve vision have a large potential market. A new kind of juice drink was exploited.The main material in this drink is bilberry, which is rich in anthocyanins. Semen Cassiae, a traditional Chinesemedicine used for eye protection, was also added to the drink. In addition, It used vaccinium myrtillus extract,sucrose, citric acid, CMC- Na, xanthan gum as supplementary materials. The beverage with special flavor andrich nutrition, and have improve vision efficacy. As one kind of phytochemical fortified beverages, this product isunique in China. Therefore, it has a bright future to supply a gap in the market of eye products.
