| Abstract: | The author introduces the external prestressing, according to concrete project, gets reinforcement design of the external prestressing on reinforced concrete beam, points out that the external prestressing technique is one of the effective methods on the reinforcing reinforced concrete beam, its reinforcement effect is obvious and construction is easy, can short construction period and save cost. |
