| 摘 要： | 对电气设备绝缘电阻的测量是保证电气设备正常运行的重要手段，电子式兆欧表是目前常用的一种测量绝缘电阻的便携式仪表。文章论述了影响电子式兆欧表测量准确度的主要因素以及电子式兆欧表选用的技术要点，阐述了电子式兆欧表在操作使用和维护与保管方面应注意的事项。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces classification and structure of electronic megohm-meter in general,then expounds the dominating factors that influences the measuring accuracy of electronic megohm-meter and four technical items on its selection from nine aspects,finally it proposes the noticed proceedings during operation,maintenance and storage of the electronic megohm-meter. |
