摘    要:采用少锡盐沉积机械镀锌工艺制备了机械镀锌的镀层.利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察机械镀锌层的断口形貌,借助晶体学的基础理论分析了镀层的结构,按其规律用散乱钢球堆积模型直观地模拟了镀层的立体结构,以此分析镀层的致密化机理.结果表明,机械镀锌镀层中的锌粉颗粒以散乱密堆的方式结合,形层过程不发生结晶现象;研究建立了机械镀无结晶镀层的最密填充理论模型,定量求得了镀层的孔隙率.

Abstract:Zinc coating was prepared using mechanical plating technology for the deposition of small amount tin salt. The cross-section of the resulting mechanically plated a-morphous zinc coating was observed using a scanning electron microscope , while its structure was analyzed making use of the fundamental theories of crystallography. Moreover, the densification mechanism and stereo structure of the zinc coating were analyzed baaed on the model of randomly stacked steel spheres, and the porosity of the coating was quantitatively determined as well. The results showed that the zinc powders were randomly densely stacked in the mechanically plated zinc coating and did not experience crystallization during the formation of the coating.
