| 摘 要： | 将孔型设计、计算机辅助设计、优化理论和经验计算等相结合，开发出一套适用于包钢初轧厂钢坯连轧机组的最大允许坯料计算软件，为该连轧机组坯型确定提供了理论依据，另一方面，经与1150mm初轧机轧辊孔型系统配合分析，对目前几种连轧产品的初轧供坯提出了合理优化坯型。 |

| Abstract: | The pass designing, CAD, optimization theory and empirical method were combined to develop the calculation software for allowed bloom dimensions suitable for continuous rolling mill at Baogang Bloom Plant. The software provides a theoretical basis for designing blooms and through the analysis of existing bloom roll pass schedule on 1150 mm blooming mill, gives the optimum bloom types after for some final products. |
