极性晶体中Wannier激子结合能的理论计算

摘    要:作者采用顾世洧势V_(G(r))与三种不同的极化子有效质量公式,对极性晶体中的Wannier激子结合能进行了理论计算。结果发现,顾世洧势V_(G(r))、比IIaken导出的势V_(H(r))与Barentzen导出的势V_(B(r))都好;并且还发现,关于极化子的有效质量公式,LLP的比Haga的好,也比Largreth的优越。

Abstract:The binding energy of wannier exciton in polar crystal has been calculated with effective potential V_G (r) derived by Gu Shiwei and three formulae for the effective mass of polaron. It is found that the effective potential V_G (r) is better than that derived by Haken and by Barentzen. Among the formulae for the effective mass of polaron, it is found that LLP's is better than Haga's and Largreth's .
