宽带频谱分析仪同步扫描跟踪技术

摘    要:为保证幅度测量的准确性和一致性,宽带频谱分析仪在高波段普遍采用YIG调谐振荡器(Yttrium iron garnet tune oscillator,YT0)和YIG调谐滤波器(Yttrium iron garnet tune filter,YTF)同步扫描跟踪技术.本文对其原理进行了详细描述,介绍了一种基于数字驱动设计的实现方法,针对影响同步扫描跟踪的主要因素--YTF的磁滞、动态非线性和温漂等特性进行了重点分析,并且给出了补偿措施.实际应用表明,该方法效果良好,能够保证频谱分析仪在工作温度范围内幅度测量的准确性.

Abstract:To ensure the accuracy and the consistency of amplitude measurement, the broadband spectrum analyzer often uses the YTO and YTF synchronal sweeping and tracking technology in the high wave band. At first, this paper described the principles of the technology, and introduced the implementation method of digital driver design. Then, the characteristics of the YTFs hysteresis, dynamic non-linearity and temperature-excursion, which were the important factor of synchronal sweeping and tracking technology, were analyzed. Finally, the compensation measure ment were presented. The practical application indicates that this method is effective for the accuracy of amplitude measurement in the range of work temperature.
