调和剂改善车用轻油基混合燃料燃烧性能的研究

摘    要:与车用汽油相比,轻油中轻质馏分较多,蒸发性好,但辛烷值低,蒸气压高、热值较低。经测试分析,确定以甲醇、酚溶剂油以及甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)作为轻油高辛烷值调合剂,研究开发了多种轻油基混合燃料。马达法辛烷值测定及发动机台架性能试验结果表明:轻油基混合燃料辛烷值较高,火花点火式发动机燃用轻油基混合燃料时动力性稍有下降,但指示热效率和有效效率提高;混合燃料抗爆性较好,发动机可有用更高的压缩比工作,提高热效率,降低油耗。

Abstract:In comparison with gasoline,light oil has more light fraction components and better evaporation property,but it has a lower octane number,higher evaporation pressure,and lower calorific value.This paper develops some kinds of light oil based fuel with different kinds of additives,such as methanol,MTBE,and the mixture of carbolic oil and trimethylbenzene,added into light oil as octane number improver.The motor octane number and performance test can actually porve that:(1) light oil based fuel thus has a high octane number,(2) the power performance of the engine using ligh oil based fuel is somewhat lower than that using gasoline,but the indicated thermal efficiency and brake thermal efficiency are improved,and (3) the engine using ligh oil based fuel can work with a high compression ratio without knocking,which increases the thermal efficiency and decreases the specific fuel consumption.
