摘    要:介绍了低于20℃的超低温压裂液体系的添加剂优选及其配方,并对其耐温耐剪切、破胶时间、岩心伤害等性能进行了室内评价。室内试验和现场应用表明,该压裂液体系具有成本低、配制方便、快速破胶返排的优点,且增产效果明显,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Additives' optimization and the formula of the fracturing fluid system used in low-temperature, shallow wells are introduced. Meanwhile, its comprehensive performances, such as resisting high-temperature and shear, gel breaking time and damage to core are evaluated at lab. Tests and field application show that this fracturing fluid system is cost-effective, easy to mix and fast for gel breaking. The increase of the production rate is also obvious. So it is worth being widely used.
