苯酚-硫酸显色法测定葡萄酒中总糖

摘    要:采用苯酚-硫酸显色,分光光度法测定了葡萄酒中总糖含量。结果表明,样品红葡萄酒中总糖含量平均为81.7 g/L,RSD为0.37%,平均回收率98.4%;样品白葡萄酒中总糖含量平均为71.1 g/L,RSD为0.16%,平均回收率97.5%。

Abstract:The total sugar content in wine was determined by using of phenol-sulfuric acid coloration method,the results showed that the total sugar content of red wine samples was an average of 81.7 g/L,RSD was 0.37%,and the average recovery rate was 98.4%;the total sugar content of white wine samples was an average of 71.1 g/L,RSD was 0.16 % and the average recovery rate was 97.5 %.Phenol-sulfuric acid coloration method provide a simple,fast,stable and practical method for determination of the total sugar content in...
