基于AutoCAD平台的数控线切割自动编程系统的开发

摘    要:通过对AutoCAD绘图所生成的实体数据表的分析 ,介绍实体数据的提取方法 ,并利用所提取的数据开发一种基于AutoCAD平台的数控线切割自动编程系统。该系统可以在AutoCADR12和AutoCAD2 0 0 0环境下直接将CAD所绘图形进行工艺处理 ,并将图形转换成数控线切割所用的ISO标准“G”代码加工程序。生成的加工程序可以通过磁盘或局域网传送给线切割机床。

Abstract:The article introduces substance data collecting meth o ds by analyzing data table that is produced during AutoCAD drawing,and utilizes collecting data to develop digital control wire_electrode cutting automatic prog ramming system.This system is in progress to deal with CAD drawing in technology directly under AutoCAD R12 and AutoCAD 2000 environments,and can transform draw i ng to ISO standard “G” code processing program which is used by digital contro l wire_electrode cutting machines,and can be conveyed to wire_cutting machines to ol by disks or part network.
