Abstract: | A thermomechanical model for the analysis of thermoplasticity with a diffusion term is presented. This model is defined in infinitesimal strain thermoplasticity framework. Thermal hardening is coupled with a diffusion process. The example presents thermodiffusion process in titanium friction welding parts.
