平煤八矿综合自动化、信息化平台的设计与应用

摘    要:为了使平煤八矿众多子系统的信息能够共享,我们通过统一的平台进行采集、分析、管理数据,本文设计了综合自动化、信息化平台。平台采用了开发Opc的方式与各个子系统相连接,并对每个子系统的数据都进行了采集、抽取与分析,最后以Web的方式把数据向矿办公网发布。通过本平台极大的提高了平煤八矿的生产安全性和工作效率,降低了吨煤生产成本。并且对平台的进一步升级进行了展望。

Abstract:For making the information of numerous sub- systems able to share, We adopt platen progress for unifying to collect, analyze, management data, designed comprehensive automation, information-based platen. The platen adopted mode that each statures system of developing Opc to connect with each other, Also carried on to collect to the datas of each statures system, extract and analysis, Finally make the data transacting the net by Web to release toward the mineral, adopt this platen to biggest raise production stability and working efficiency, Lowered ton coal production cost. The article coda fraction carried on an outlook to the further development of platen.
