动态无功补偿及有源滤波装置在智能变电站的应用

摘    要:智能变电站的优化无功管理、提高母线电压质量、有效进行谐波治理,是智能电网建设的必要内容。介绍了由静止无功发生器(SVG)和并联电容器组(FC)组成的动态无功补偿与谐波治理装置(SVC++成套装置)在上海蒙自智能变电站10 kV侧的配置,以及有源电力滤波器(APF)在交流380 V站用电系统的配置方案,分析了其应用效果以及与IEC 61860标准的通信接入方式。

Abstract:Optimizing reactive power management,improving voltage quality of bus lines,effectiveness of harmonic elimination for intelligent substation are the necessary catalogue in the construction of smart grid.Dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic elimination device(SVC++ complete device) consisting of static var compensator(SVG) and shunt capacitor banks(FC) equipped at 10 kV side of Shanghai Menzi intelligent substation are described,as well as active power filter(APF) equipped at 380 V AC of station power supply system.At last the application results from mentioned above and IEC 61680 standard communication connecting method are analyzed.
