长汀享有全球“客家首府”的美誉,又是第一次国内革命战争时期福建红色政权所在地,兼具客家化和革命历史化的内涵。长汀历史化名城保护规划旨在恢复汀州“三山两水、一轴三圈”的环境风貌,引入“片区”概念,建立起覆盖点、线、面3个层次的保护体系,对古城进行空间整治与容量调整。

Analysis and Preservation of the Features of Changting-a Famous Historic City

Changting is known as the"Capital of the Hakka"and at the same time it was the seat of the Red Political Power in Fujian during the First Revolu- tionary Civil War.It concurrently has the connota- tion of Hakka culture and the revolutionary histori- cal culture.The preservation planning of the historic city of Changting is aimed to restore the environ- mental feature of"three hills,two rivers,one axis and three circles"and to introduce the concept of"block" so as to establish a preservation system of three layers covering points,lines and surfaces and to make spatial improvement and capacity adjustment for the ancient city .
