海水卤水制备硫酸钙晶须新工艺

摘    要:以海水卤水为原料,采用水热法制备了硫酸钙晶须。考察了硫酸钙浓度、反应温度、搅拌速度和介质pH值等因素对半水硫酸钙含量的影响,确定了制备硫酸钙晶须的最适宜条件:在硫酸钙质量分数为8%,反应温度为130℃,搅拌速度为150r/min,介质pH值为7时,制备的硫酸钙晶须形貌好,纯度高。并用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对硫酸钙晶须的结构进行了表征,结果表明制备的硫酸钙晶须形态良好。

Abstract:Calcium sulphate whisker was prepared by hydrothermal method using seawater or brine as raw material. The effects of the concentration of calcium sulphate,reaction temperature,stirring speed and pH value on the content of calcium sulfate hemihydrate were studied and the optimum conditions were de- termined: the concentration of calcium sulphate was 8% ,reaction temperature was 130 ℃ ,stirring speed was 150 r /min and pH value of medium was 7. The structure of calcium sulphate whisker was analyzed by polarizing microscope,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that calcium sulphate whisker has good morphology.
