| 摘 要： | 交互式产品已进人人们的日常工作和生活。对产品可用性的要求促进了“以用户为中心设计(UCD)”方法的实践，并给人机工效学的应用带来了机遇。文章在对IT开发状况和过程分析的基础上，讨论了这种机遇和UCD实践所面临的挑战，提出了一个开展有效UCD实践的指导框架，并就UCD在中国的实践提出几点建议。
