SOM描绘天津未来蓝图 智能可持续地区规划

近年来,中国政府和业界领导已对智能性和可持续性兼备的未来城市发展作出意义深远的承诺。而承诺的核心是以科学为基础的城市功能布局所造就的"近距离(尺度)"城市,它们既能互为补充,又能同时推动经济、社会和生态发展。中国在天津滨海新区的努力,已朝这一承诺大步迈进。2007年春,SOM建筑事务所芝加哥办公室接受委托,为一片27km~2的区域编制总体规划,旨在将这一昔日的工业用地转型为繁荣新城。通过活跃的中心商务区、完善的公共交通网络、综合功能的社区邻里以及壮丽的滨河公园,SOM的规划将滨海新区中心商务区定位为全球精英城市网络中的一员——将其发展为经济成功的象征、绿色开发的模范以及容纳健康和可持续生活的载体。

The SOM Vision for Tomorrow's Tianjin An Intelligent, Sustainable Regional Planning

In recent years,the government and industry leaders in China have made a commitment to bring about a future urban growth that is both intelligent and sustainable.At the heart of this commitment are urban programs for＂cities at closer distances,＂designed to support each other and work together to promote economic,social and ecological developments.The efforts in the Tianjin Binhai New Area are making great strides toward this commitment.In the spring of 2007,the Chicago office of Skidmore,Owings Merrill（SOM） was commissioned to complete a master plan for the Area to revitalize a former industrial land into a thriving new city.SOM＇s plan includes a dynamic central business district,a comprehensive public transit network,multi-functional neighborhoods and magnificent riverfront parks,aiming at making the New Area＇s CBD a symbol of economic success,a model of green development,a carrier of healthy and sustainable life style,and then,a member of world＇s elite cities.
