活性CaCO3纳米粉填充环氧树脂研究

摘    要:采用不同偶联剂对纳米CaCO3进行表面处理,探讨了活性CaCO3纳米粉的包覆效率与处理剂的化学性质及用量的关系。通过表面活化和超声波振荡的方法使纳米CaCO3粒子在环氧树脂基体中均匀分散.制备出纳米CaCO3/环氧树脂复合材料。系列样品溶解曲线的差异表明,处理剂的分子结构及性质可能导致其在碳酸钙表面的取向和排列方式的不同.初步阐明了偶联剂与碳酸钙表面相互作用的机理。偶联剂处理和超声波振荡比普通方法效果显著,纳米CaCO3粒子起到了增强、增韧环氧树脂的作用。

Abstract:The nano-CaCO_3 coated with different silicon coupling agent was prepared,and the influences of chemical properties of the treating agent and conditions on the coating efficiency were investigated.The composite of active nano-CaCO 3/epoxy resin with uniformity decentralization was obtained by surface modification and ultrasonic oscillation.The result shows that the tropism and arrangement of the treating molecules on the surface greatly affected the dissolving curves observed,and the interaction mechanism between treating agent and CaCO 3 surface was also preliminary elucidated.Nano-CaCO 3 particles with coupling treatment and ultrasonic oscillation can obviously strengthen and toughen epoxy resin than general means.
