摘    要:针对传统引信测试系统模块化自动化水平低、技术升级困难的特点,采用虚拟仪器技术开发测试系统,并给出了基于LabWindows/CVI平台的引信测试系统的具体实现。描述了引信测试系统的系统硬件构架和软件设计方法,着重介绍了如何利用动态链接库机制实现LabWindows/CVI与第3方板卡的通讯控制,并且介绍了实时监控系统以及自动生成测试记录卡的方法。实际使用表明,该测试系统提高了测试工作的效率、精确度,以及自动化程度,且操作方便,人机界面友好,工作性能稳定可靠,为引信的测试维修提供强有力的技术支持。

Abstract:The method of designing ATS based on virtual instrument technology for the missile fuze is presented against the poor modularization and difficulty of upgrading the traditional fuze tester system.The paper introduces the hardware architecture composing of the ATS and software design method.Communication control between LabWindows/CVI and the third part PCI card connected by dynamic link library is shown.Real-time monitoring system and the method of generating test report automatically are described.The practical application shows that the ATS can enhance the efficiency,precision and automation of the test.The work performance is stable and reliable and the friendly operation interface makes the operation convenient.It provides a good technical support for the test and maintenance of fuze.
