生物质平模成型机错位磨损理论研究

摘    要:为了有效降低在设计阶段因压辊轴倾角、偏移量选择不合理而造成所设计出的成型机在工作过程中压辊和平模的磨损,依据功能基本原理,对压辊、平模的磨损原因进行了剖析,发现了因速度差引起的错位磨损现象,其后进行建模、推导得到评价磨损的错位效应;采用Matlab软件进行编程、数值处理,获取图形图像,得到不同压辊轴倾角、偏移量对总错位效应的影响,结论是:适当减小偏移量和压辊轴倾角,能有效降低错位磨损。
