摘    要:采用硅酸盐溶液体系,利用正交分析法得到其组分的最佳配比,用直流脉冲微弧氧化法在TA2工业纯钛基体上生成多孔的钛氧化物陶瓷膜。用X射线衍射法检测了氧化陶瓷膜的晶体结构,主要由金红石晶型构成,考查了膜的抗热冲击性、在还原性酸中的耐腐蚀能力,用紫外-可见光-分光光度计进行了氧化膜层的光催化活性研究,验证了TiO2薄膜优良的光催化特性。

Abstract:Porous ceramic oxide coating was prepared on TA2 pure titanium by pulsating DC microarc oxidation in silicate solution system. The best ratio of ingredients in solution was gained with orthogonal design. Crystal structure of the coating was determined by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The characteristic of thermal shock and corrosion resistance in reductive acid were investigated. The excellent photocatalytic performance was investigated by UV spectrophotometer also.
