| 摘 要： | 用手动模成形喷油器压板的毛坯时,生产效率低,压制时下模冲容易开裂,脱模时毛坯的槽子出现裂纹。通过调查和理论分析,介绍了自动成形模的结构设计、主要零件的设计及成形调试。使用自动成形模,解决了生产效率、效益及质量的问题。

| Abstract: | The productivity of manufacturing green injector plate with manual aperating forming dies is quite low and the lower die plate is easy to crack during forming,the green is easy to crack during stripping.Based on the survey and theoretical analysis,the design of construction of automatic forming dies and main details is introduced with forming commissioning.The productivity,profits and product quality is enhanced by using automatic forming dies. |
